When combined, these provide superior reliability and endurance that is nearly equivalent to SLC, but at a lower cost. The SSD530K has a DRAM cache for fast access and is designed to operate in extreme temperatures (-20°C to 75°C), making it ideal for embedded applications such as embedded automation computers, engineering machines, and fanless PCs.
