Transcend's M.2 SSD MTS970T has a SATA III 6Gb/s interface and cutting-edge 3D NAND technology that allows 112 layers of 3D NAND flash chips to be vertically stacked. This density breakthrough significantly improves storage efficiency when compared to 3D NAND at 96 layers, and its built-in DRAM cache allows for faster access. The MTS970T is fully tested in-house with 30" gold finger PCB and Corner Bond technology to ensure reliability in mission-critical applications, boasting an endurance rating of 3K Program/Erase cycles and an extended operating temperature range of -20°C75°C.
Transcend also provides the MTS970T-I with a wide temperature range (-40°C to 85°C) to ensure continued functionality, increased endurance, and optimal reliability in mission-critical applications.
