Description
The GPSD features a compact shark fin housing in an OEM style, which incorporates a 2x2 MiMo antenna function for 4G/3G/2G connectivity, along with an active antenna for GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/Beidou with a 26dB gain LNA. Additionally, it includes an integrated stud mount for attaching an external antenna whip that supports various options such as VHF, UHF, or 700/800MHz antennas. To cover the mounting hole when an external whip is not needed, a blanking cover is provided. Another version of the GPSD is available, which adds a 2x2 MiMo antenna function for 2.4/5.8GHz WiFi.
The discreet shark fin design of the GPSD offers multiple antenna functions, making it suitable for public safety (overt/covert), industrial, and transport applications. It provides a cost-effective, efficient, and robust antenna solution. With its single-hole mounting requirement, the GPSD minimizes vehicle damage, installation time, and costs.
