Description
The B4BSC-6-60-[X]SPIP is an omnidirectional broadband antenna covering a wide frequency range of 617–960 MHz and 1427–6000 MHz. It is specifically engineered for use in harsh and frequently flooded environments, making it ideal for applications such as sewer monitoring and water metering.
Designed for versatile installation, the antenna can be mounted on a wall, mast, or panel using the supplied bracket or directly onto a device or enclosure. Its exposed metal components are constructed from 316 stainless steel, providing exceptional resistance to corrosion.
The omnidirectional radiation pattern allows for flexible positioning without the need for directional alignment.
The B4BSC-6-60-[X]SPIP comes with an integrated ultra-low-loss FR CS29 coaxial cable, available in various lengths. The cable is terminated with a custom SMA plug that forms a watertight seal, preventing water ingress into the antenna housing during submersion.
When mounted using the supplied bracket and with the SMA plug correctly connected, the antenna is rated IP68, capable of withstanding immersion up to 5 meters for 7 days.
