AI has evolved into a necessary component of automated vehicle systems. The ATC 3540, which includes a high-performance/watt NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX SOM, can give up to 100 INT8 TOPS for handling current AI tasks while requiring only 25W of power. This is appropriate for AI power IoT gateway, OHV AI Edge recognition, AI traffic sign control, and industrial automation/machine vision, increasing productivity while decreasing TCO.

The ATC 3540 is a fanless, small computer that is IP67 certified. It has 936VDC with IGN control, 4 PoE+ for IP CAM deployment, and a resolution of 4Kp30/1080p60. Furthermore, the ATC 3540 has a variety of peripheral ports for connecting to a variety of devices/sensors, including USB 3.2, isolated CANBus, RS232, Console, DI/DO, OTG, and HDMI.

With 5G NR and Wi-Fi 5/6 modules installed, the ATC 3540 can improve AI inference via Cloud Service Provider (CSP). In terms of severe environment applications, the ATC 3540 can operate at temperatures ranging from -30 to 70°C and meets the MIL-STD-810G military standard for vibration and shock resistance. ATC 3540 complies with CE/FCC Class A, UKCA, and Emark (E13)/EN50155 regulations.
