With ORing’s IGPMC-111GP-BT-24V industrial media converter, you can protect your investment at your business while upgrading the technology. It is a cost-effective solution that addresses the needs of high-power devices by providing up to 90W of power through its Gigabit PoE ports.  It is specifically designed for devices like PTZ and dome cameras, 5G small cells, Wi-Fi 6 access points, VoIP phones, and thin clients. Additionally, this best-in-class industrial media converter is compatible with IEEE 802.3af/at devices. 


The IGPMC-111GP-BT-24V is an ideal solution for the conversion interface between 10/100/1000Base-T(X) and 100/1000Base-X SFP socket allowing you to extend communication distance by an optical fibre. It supports MDI/MDIX auto detection, which eliminates the need to use crossover wires. The Power over Ethernet (PoE) system in this media converter transmits electrical power up to 90W along with data to remote devices over standard twisted-pair cable in an Ethernet network. It consists of a 1x10/100/1000Base-T(X) P.S.E. port to provide power in a PoE setup.


ORing’s IGPMC-111GP-BT-24V industrial converter comes with a SFP slot enabling long-haul data transmission through an optical fibre. It allows easy configuration and future upgrades without replacing the entire media converter; simply upgrade the SFP module. The Media converter is a bridge between fibre and copper connecting multiple LANs in different locations to create one large network in their branch, data centre, or metro Ethernet networks. 


This best-in-class media converter supports the LFP (Link Fault Pass-through) feature, which monitors the copper links connected to it. For instance, when one side of the copper link fails, the link fault of the local side media converter is transferred to the remote side media converter. Subsequently, the network administrator is alerted about the link issue to facilitate troubleshooting. It prevents the loss of valuable data transmitted over an invalid link, thereby minimising the damage to customers' business.  


Another added advantage of this ORing’s media converter is that it has a wide operating temperature range from -40 - 75℃ and supports a wide voltage range between 12-57 VDC to meet a broad range of applications making it suitable for harsh environments.
